General Crozier, the military leader in the group, wants to kill the band but is consistently held back by Salacia from doing so.
The Tribunal is populated by a variety of world leaders, including Senator Stampingston (who usually recites expert-based briefings based on the episode), General Crozier, and religious figures such as Cardinal Ravenwood, who replaces Vater Orlaag in season 2.
Mr. Salacia appears to have a role in Dethklok’s rise to power, but his true motives remain unclear.
